x24/100=1/10
and x=(10/24)*100(because he is asking is %)
there fore x=41.66%

Let weight of body be x.
So the weight of proteins will be x(24/100).
They asked what % of proteins EQUIVALENT to weight of skin,
So x(24/100)=(1/10) => x=(10/24) = 0.416.
To express this in terms of %, you say (.416*100)% which is 41.6%

CONVERT the sentence into algebra. X% x P = S
X% x 24%=(1/10)
(X/100) x (24/100)= (1/10)
X=41.6%
