Neither made of bones or skin = muscles + harmones, enzymes & other proteins.
= 3/10+2/5.
= (3*5+2*10) / (10*5). Cross multiply to get a common denominator.
= 7/10.
To explain in terms of percentage multiply 7/10 with 100 = 70%.

First find what percentage of bones and skins are made of.
Which means;
Bones: 1/5x100= 20%.
Skin: 1/10x100=10%.
Together; 20+10= 30%.
Both of them constitute 30%.
Now we can easily know that we have left 70%.
Which means;

Skin: 1/10x100=10%.
Together; 20+10= 30%.
Both of them constitute 30%.

Please correct if this can be also calculated as below.
(1/5+1/10)=3/10 = 0.3
So if 0.3 % constitutes the bones and skin, the it is asked what does not constitutes.
Then (1-0.3)= 0.7
In % 0.7*100 = 70 %
(1/5+1/10)=3/10 = 0.3
So if 0.3 % constitutes the bones and skin, the it is asked what does not constitutes.
Then (1-0.3)= 0.7

Here asking for how much % of body which neither made skin or bones...
So, leave the % of bones & skin part
and take other 2 part(2/5+3/10)and calculate
it comes 7/10 part means 70%(7/10*100)

Taking lcm: 1+2/10.
: 3/10.
Body made by bones and skin: 3/10 of 1.

No I think the answer is 50%.
1/5 + 3/10= 1/2.
i.e., 50 % is made up of bones and skin which means another 50% is not made of bones and skin.

Its simple skin 1/10* total body 100 = 10.
Now bones 1/5 *100 total body = 20. Now simple 10+20 = 30 skin and bones.
So total human body 100-30 answer 70.
