Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan inaugurated 'Kavacham,' an advanced disaster risk warning system in Thiruvananthapuram. Developed by the State Disaster Management Authority with support from the National Disaster Management Authority and the World Bank, this system aims to improve disaster preparedness. The National Institute of Mental Health Rehabilitation (NIMHR) was inaugurated in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, by Dr. Virendra Kumar.
