Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a joint credit camp in Gorakhpur and Basti to support youth entrepreneurship under the Mukhya Mantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan. The scheme, initiated in January 2025, aims to empower young entrepreneurs. It has already received 2.5 lakh applications, with ₹931 crores in loans approved for 24,000 applicants. Additionally, ₹400 crores have been distributed to 10,500 entrepreneurs, helping boost the state's youth-driven entrepreneurial initiatives.

'Project Hifazat' was launched by the Punjab government to ensure the safety and dignity of women. It aims to strengthen the response mechanism for victims of violence by offering 24×7 support through a Women and Child Helpline. The initiative seeks to eliminate fear among women regarding reporting abuse and streamline coordination between police and agencies involved in assisting victims.

The MoU between the Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) and Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) aims to develop river cruise tourism on National Waterways. The project will focus on enhancing tourism along the Chenab, Jhelum, and Ravi rivers by constructing 10 floating jetties and passenger facilities, with an investment of ₹100 crore. This initiative is expected to boost employment, and economic growth, and improve navigation infrastructure in the Jammu and Kashmir region.

The Uttarakhand Cabinet approved the implementation of the Unified Pension Scheme for state employees, which will be operational from April 1, 2025. Additionally, a new Excise Policy 2025 was introduced, banning liquor sales near religious places and enforcing stricter controls on alcohol pricing. Furthermore, CM Dhami announced that financial assistance would be provided to 45 writers in the state this year. The Advanced Cybersecurity Operations Centre (SOC) was inaugurated by Kerala Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan. The TRINETRA platform, an AI-powered cybersecurity solution, will assist in cyber threat monitoring, vulnerability detection, and data protection for Kerala Police. The 24/7 SOC will play a key role in safeguarding the state's cyber infrastructure, reflecting Kerala's commitment to strengthening its cybersecurity capabilities.
