A 58-foot statue of Potti Sriramulu, a key figure in the formation of Andhra Pradesh, will be installed in Amaravati as a tribute to his pivotal role. Sriramulu's 58-day hunger strike in 1952 was crucial for the state's creation. The statue, along with a memorial, will be completed before his next birth anniversary. The installation of this statue honours his sacrifice and highlights his contribution to the formation of the state, along with further developments planned in his native village.

The six mobile dental clinics were launched by Delhi Health Minister Pankaj Kumar Singh to provide free oral healthcare services to residents. These clinics were flagged off at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (MAIDS) in New Delhi, with the aim of enhancing access to dental care, particularly in underserved areas like slums.

The Faya Palaeolandscape, located in Sharjah, has been nominated for UNESCO status. It provides evidence of human survival in extreme desert conditions for over 210,000 years. Excavations at the site have uncovered 18 phases of human occupation, stone tools, burial sites, and trade links with Mesopotamia and the Indus Valley, offering a unique insight into early human adaptation to desert life. Geological formations, water sources, and climate shifts were essential in sustaining these early human settlements and trade connections.

The 4th ‘No Money for Terror’ (NMFT) Conference, which focused on global initiatives to tackle terror financing, was held in Munich. India, actively involved in the conference since 2018, reiterated its commitment to combating terrorism through enhanced international collaboration. During the conference, discussions centred around the challenges of digital financial networks and cross-border transactions used in terror financing, stressing the need for unified international action against these evolving threats.
