The post of Hyderabad Police Commissioner was vacant for the past 4 months. Additional Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), V.V. Srinivasa Rao was in-charge of the post during those 4 months. V.V. Srinivasa Rao has been made the Chairman of Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board.
