Natwar Singh, who passed away at the age of 95, served as India’s External Affairs Minister from 2004 to 2005 during the UPA-I government led by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. A distinguished career diplomat and Congress MP, he was also recognized for his contributions to diplomacy and foreign policy, earning the Padma Bhushan in 1984.
