Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 7th Edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) in New Delhi on October 27, 2023. The IMC is the largest telecom, media, and technology forum in Asia, and this year's event focused on the theme of "Global Digital Innovation." The Prime Minister also conferred awards upon 100 '5G Use Case Labs' during the event. These labs are being established by educational institutions across India to promote research and innovation in 5G technologies.
