The Philately Scholarship Scheme, launched by the Department of Posts under the Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana, is specifically designed for students. Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first Indian airport to attain Net Zero Carbon Emission status. This accomplishment is a result of the airport's efforts to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 90% through the use of renewable energy, electric vehicles, and green infrastructure. The airport has set a target to achieve net zero Scope 3 emissions by 2050, further solidifying its commitment to sustainability.

The Unified Pension Scheme (UPS) introduced by the Indian government ensures a pension equivalent to 50% of basic pay plus dearness relief tied to the inflation index. This scheme combines features of both the Old Pension Scheme (OPS) and the new pension scheme, addressing demands for a secure retirement plan.
