Iceland has marked its first-ever loss of a glacier to climate change. The glacier lost was, Iceland's Okjokull glacier. People commemorated this loss with a plaque (An ornamental tablet, typically of metal, porcelain, or wood, fixed to a wall or other surface in commemoration of a person or event).
