IIM Shillong has partnered with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) to promote entrepreneurship in the Northeast through the STEM Program. This 18-month initiative will offer training, mentorship, and incubation support to emerging entrepreneurs, aiming to foster sustainable and innovative businesses in the region. The Ministry of Education held a two-day Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States (STARS) knowledge-sharing workshop in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The workshop focused on enhancing the "School-to-Work Transition" and "Strengthening the Assessment System" to better prepare students for workforce challenges. Discussions included the role of the National Education Policy, 2020, and frameworks such as the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) in facilitating skill education, multidisciplinary learning, and improving educational outcomes through enhanced assessment models and career counselling approaches.

IIT Madras is preparing to launch its first international flagship centre, the IITM Global Dubai Centre, in early 2025. IIT Delhi has partnered with the International Energy Agency (IEA) by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at accelerating clean energy transitions. The collaboration focuses on innovation in energy technology to reduce emissions and support the transition to cleaner energy sources. This MoU will encourage policy analysis, and the exchange of information on energy technology trends, and foster cooperation, especially in emerging and developing economies. This partnership highlights IIT Delhi’s active role in advancing sustainable energy initiatives globally.
