Divya Singh achieved a remarkable feat by cycling to Mount Everest Base Camp, reaching there on March 24, 2026. She became the first Indian woman and the second woman in the world to accomplish this journey by bicycle. Starting from Kathmandu on March 16, she completed the expedition in 14 days, navigating challenging high-altitude terrain with low oxygen levels and temperatures as low as -12°C. She also hoisted the flag at an altitude of 17,560 feet, marking a significant milestone in adventure sports and endurance cycling.
