Can anyone explain that how the longest method of conversion in Direct? I am a bit confused as indirect, the old system is immediately replaced by the new system. So how can it be the longest method?

@Aaru.

The option A is correct. Because the question is related to time for conversion not to replace the system. It will take a lot of time and you should wait until the complete system has to be made. When completed then immediately replace the new system. Therefore time take to develop the system not take the replacement.

The answer should be parallel because It will take a lot of time and you should wait until the complete system has to be made before you can use it in conjunction with the old system and besides parallel takes the most time and money to implement the new system.
