A System Review is a type of peer review that is a study and appraisal by an independent evaluator (s), known as a peer reviewer, of a CPA firm's system of quality control to perform accounting and auditing work.

A performance appraisal is a formal process used to assess an employee's effectiveness and productivity and serves both administrative and developmental purposes. Administratively, it helps guide decision-making regarding employment actions, personnel planning and training and development.

The classified evaluation process is designed to: Recognize the employee's contributions during the preceding year. Improve individual performance by providing positive, constructive and developmental feedback. Identify and integrate organizational and individual objectives and expectations.
