192.168.10.51 is in Class C..so its default subnet mask is 255.255.255.0. so taking binary of both and apply AND operation
We get 192.168.10
We get 192.168.10

Here The Last Mask Has Been Not Full on The Live the Desk than Its Associate With The C.
Now 192.168.10.51
Than Default Mask 255.255.255.0
Only Consider Empty Blogs than 192.168.10.0
192.168.10
Now 192.168.10.51
Than Default Mask 255.255.255.0
Only Consider Empty Blogs than 192.168.10.0
192.168.10
