Packet Switching Network is a Ring Network.
Ring Network is a network topology in which each node connects to exactly two other nodes, forming a single continuous pathway for signals through each node " a ring. Data travels from node to node, with each node along the way handling every packet.
A Packet Switched Network (PSN) is a type of computer communications network that groups and sends data in the form of small packets. It enables the sending of data or network packets between a source and destination node over a network channel that is shared between multiple users and applications.

EuroNet (telecommunications network), a telecommunications network in Europe using X.25.
X.25 is an ITU-T (International Telecommunication Union (ITU); it coordinates standards for telecommunications.)
A standard protocol suite for packet-switched wide area network (WAN) communication.

The packet switching has two approaches:.
1. Virtual Circuit approach (ex : WAN, ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode), frame relay and telephone networks) are connection-oriented packet-switching 2. Datagram approach : like the internet which relies on connectionless datagram based packet switching.
Other Examples can be : X. 25 public data networks.
