As per question probale error is:-
(+/-)[sqrt(δθ^2+δθ^2+δθ^2+δθ^2+δθ^2+δθ^2+δθ^2+δθ^2+δθ^2+δθ^2)].
=(+/-)[sqrt(10δθ^2)].
=(+/-)δθ sqrt(10). (Ans).
As per question probale error is:-
