Expected time = (5+4 * 10 + 21)/6 = 11.
Standard deviation = (21-5)/6 = 2.67.
Standard deviation = (21-5)/6 = 2.67.

Te = (5+4*10+21)/6 = 11.66 = 12.
Standard deviation = (21-5)/6 = 2.67 = 3.
