Above 300 m radius, it requires only drain out rainwater superelevation. So 1-2% superelevation enough.

If you solve the question as per mixed traffic condition you would get 8.9% as answer. But since here the terrain is not specified hence assuming it plain terrain max value of superelevation is capped up to 7% hence the answer is 7%.

It's work to be 11.25% but Max super elevation for plain and Rolling terrain is 7%.
