Total force due to water = sp gr.(V) * A(36)* h/2(3) = 108v unit.
For moment force * dist.
Dist. = F *h/3 = 108vv * 6/3 = 216v.

Answer is B.
Total pressure intensity at bottom of gate =6v now pressure diagram will form a right angle triangle with base 6v and height 6 m. Then total pressure 0.5 * 6v * 6 = 18v unit at a distance 6/3=2m from bottom of gate then moment of pressure 18v * 2 = 36v.
