B is the correct answer.

According to Euler's formula.

Load is proportional to moment of inertia, here for hollow section it is more, so it carry more load.

The moment of inertia is maximum for the hollow circular section because the maximum mass, in this case, lies away from the centroidal axis as compared to all other cross sections.

Hence, the load-carrying capacity is maximum for a hollow circular section.

I think option D is correct, because Pcr depends upon MOI, Which is max. For I-section for the condition.

Pcr=(π) EI/le2.

Pcr is directly proportional to I(moi).
MOI of solid squire is greater than the circle. So PCR (buckling load)of the solid square is more than a circle. Therefore option A is correct.

I think buckling load will be the largest for a column having a large cross section.

Buckling load will be the smallest for a column having a small cross-section to buckle largest cross section, we need the largest load.

So, the Answer is Option A.
