For vertical deflection at A= (slope at B )*L+ (deflection at BA).
= Mh/EI x L + PL^3/3EI.
= (PL)hL/3EI + PL^3/3EI.
= PL^2{3h+L}/3EI (answer).
#And for horizontal deflection at A find deflection at B which is equal to deflection horizontal = (PL)h^2/2EI.
= Mh/EI x L + PL^3/3EI.
= (PL)hL/3EI + PL^3/3EI.
= PL^2{3h+L}/3EI (answer).
#And for horizontal deflection at A find deflection at B which is equal to deflection horizontal = (PL)h^2/2EI.
