B is right.
For equivalent timber beam , top of steel beam = 20 * 30=600 mm.
From top Y = (A1Y1+A2Y2)/(A1+A2).
For equivalent timber beam , top of steel beam = 20 * 30=600 mm.
From top Y = (A1Y1+A2Y2)/(A1+A2).
