True bearing=MB- Declination.
TB=32°-10°15
= 21°45.

If Magnetic Declination towards the W it will be -ve.

If its towards E it is +ve.

That's why we have subtracted the magnetic declination from the magnetic bearing.

T.B = M.B+magnetic declination.
T.B = 32'-10'15'.
