TB=MB+MD (if deflection toward east).
TB=MB-MD (if deflection toward west).

In this problem;
Given: MB=32degree.

And
MD = 10degree and 15 minutes (west).

Therefore;

TB=MB-MD{because deflection in west side is given that's why we take it negative).
TB=32'-10'15' = 21'45'.

Hence answer A is correct.

If Magnetic Declination towards the W it will be -ve.

If its towards E it is +ve.

That's why we have subtracted the magnetic declination from the magnetic bearing.

magnetic meridian is measured from magnetic meridian i.e 10d15m west of true meridian (north). Hence it should be deducted. and the answer is correct

Right ans is B.

First, we have to this in whole circle bearing,
So, 180-32=148,
Tb=148-10.45=137.55,

180-137.55=42.15.

The magnetic declination W is always -ve so just subtract 32 Degree -10degree 15 minute= 21 degree 45 minute.

T.B = M.B+magnetic declination.
T.B = 32'-10'15'.
T.B = 21'45'.

10'15" = 32' - TB
-21'45" = -TB
Hence, TB = ANS "A".
