No, the true bearing is also called azimuth and magnetic bearing is simply called bearing of a line.

I think answer is right. As true meridian is contant. So the bearing of line with respect to true meridian is called true bearing.

Yes, the correct answer is B, because the instrument which we have to measure the bearings are magnetic/prismatic compass nt true meridian or something else.
