No its not sure that it will be true bearing if the bearing is with magnetic meridian then it will be magnetic bearing and similarly in case of azimuth also.

Kesava Rao said: (Mar 8, 2014)
We can Say 'azimuth' because bearing indicates that measured in clock wise direction.

Sonali And Mangla said: (Jul 5, 2014)
Answer is wrong because magnetic bearing is right answer.

The true bearing is bearing which is measured with true meridian.

Iqbal Singh said: (Dec 6, 2014)
Ans, is false because, true bearing of line is measured from true meridian.

Hence, correct, answer is magnetic meridian because bearing of a line with magnetic meridian is known as magnetic bearing or "simply bearing of a line".

It is not true Bearing as well as Azimuth as true bearing of line is called Azimuth. Answer should be Magnetic Bearing or Reduced Bearing.

Saina Jamsheer said: (Jul 26, 2015)
Magnetic bearing is also called "bearing" & true bearing is also known as "azimuth".

Y Rama Mohan said: (Mar 6, 2016)
Bearings are taking from compass. Hence bearing means magnetic bearing.

Shibangkar said: (Sep 6, 2016)
The correct answer is magnetic bearing.

Ogundele Dare said: (Sep 7, 2016)
A true bearing to a point is the angle measured in degree in a clockwise direction from the North line. This can simply be referred as the bearing. So true bearing is absolutely correct.

D.C. said: (Sep 8, 2016)

The True bearing is also known as azimuth so this should also be correct as to you.

Sohan Jangra said: (Oct 19, 2016)
Yes, given answer is wrong because in the book C. L. Kochher (page no. 134) the answer is magnetic bearing.

Karan Panjabi said: (Nov 11, 2016)
I think reduced bearing is the correct answer.

Sandeep S said: (Nov 11, 2016)
Magnetic bearing is the correct answer.

Amit Ami Sharma said: (Dec 15, 2016)
True bearing is also referred as a simple bearing.

Gk Sparrow said: (Dec 18, 2016)
We always measure magnetic bearing from the magnetic meridian.

Umang Patel said: (Dec 26, 2016)
Azimuth is the right answer.

Dilip said: (Jan 9, 2017)
True bearing or magnetic bearing?

Guys, I want the correct answer. Please tell me.

Sunny Chauhan said: (Jan 10, 2017)
Magnetic bearing is called simply 'bearing' and true bearing also called 'azimuth'. So correct answer is magnetic bearing.

Srimanta said: (Jan 17, 2017)
The magnetic bearing is also called simply bearing.

Raaka said: (Feb 2, 2017)
I think both A and B is right answer.

Ravi said: (Feb 2, 2017)
The answer is Reduced bearing.
Wcb can refer azimuth
QCB OR REDUCED can refer. Bearing.
Condition is that they are being measured from North.

Mayank said: (Apr 6, 2017)
The correct answer is true bearing.

Magnetic bearing always measured from magnetic meridian which is not given in the question.

So, the answer is true bearing.

Pankaj Yadav said: (May 1, 2017)
True bearing and magnetic bearing both correct and also we known this azimuth so correct answer is azimuth.

Ayyappan said: (May 4, 2017)
True bearing means acurate north direction.

Vrinda said: (Jun 6, 2017)
True bearing is azimuth and bearing is magnetic bearing.

Amitkumarsachin said: (Jun 26, 2017)
I thik answer should true bearing.

Because, if angle of bearing is magnetic bearing, then it's vairry according to time due to change of declination, in this question only mention that angle of bearing, not measured angle of bearing.

Juhi said: (Jul 13, 2017)
True Bearing also know as azimuth so both the optionals are correct true bearing and azimuth.

Dhanraj Chandel said: (Aug 29, 2017)
True bearing is correct because any line is a magnetic meridian and azimuth and reduced bearing but we correct the magnetic bearing by add &subt. Declination angle then found true bearing calculation so bearing of any line is also known as 'true bearing'.

Sumit said: (Aug 31, 2017)
Azimuth is the smaller angle and bearing is bigger angle hence azimuth can't be the answer.

Aashish said: (Sep 26, 2017)
Magnatic bearing is the right answer.

Chulbul Pandey said: (Oct 17, 2017)
The answer is magnetic bearing.

True bearing is the right answer.

Pradip said: (Mar 3, 2018)
Magnetic bearing is also called "bearing" & true bearing is also known as "azimuth".

Anil said: (Apr 6, 2018)
Yes, the correct answer is magnetic bearing because of the true bearing is always represented by the true meridian or "Azimuth".

Keshav said: (Apr 10, 2018)
Yes, the correct answer is B, because the instrument which we have to measure the bearings are magnetic/prismatic compass nt true meridian or something else.

Ranjith said: (Apr 28, 2018)
Azimuth is my option (bearing taken in clockwise direction with respect to meridian).

Rohit Chauhan said: (May 3, 2018)
Magnetic Bearing is the Correct Answer.

Ramesh said: (Jun 8, 2018)
Azimuth bearing is the correct answer.

Subhash said: (Jul 2, 2018)
Azimuth is correct according to me.

Amit said: (Jul 19, 2018)
I think answer is right. As true meridian is contant. So the bearing of line with respect to true meridian is called true bearing.

Mayank said: (Aug 19, 2018)
The bearing is the direction of a line with respected to FIXED MERIDIAN. So, the answer is B.

Shazaib Qazi said: (Sep 4, 2018)
No, the true bearing is also called azimuth and magnetic bearing is simply called bearing of a line.

Uttu said: (Sep 16, 2018)
Option C is the correct answer.

Sumit said: (Jan 10, 2019)
According to me, it is magnetic bearing.

Arvind said: (Feb 8, 2019)
Yes, magnetic bearing is the right answer.

Maya said: (Mar 26, 2019)
The magnetic bearing is the right answer. True bearing is also called Azimuth.

Uday said: (Aug 16, 2019)
True bearing is measured from true meridian (true north and true south).
And magnetic bearing measured from magnetic Meridien (magnetic north and magnetic south).
Azimuth is another name of bearing.

Karn Chaurasiya said: (Sep 10, 2019)
Magnetic bearing is also called bearing but true brearing is called amzimuth so the right answer is magnetic bearing.

Suraj Pratap Singh said: (Feb 18, 2020)
A magnetic bearing is right.

Chandana said: (Feb 28, 2020)
Magnetic Bearing is right. True Bearing and azimuth are same.

Palash Biswas said: (Apr 10, 2020)
Answer is magnetic bearing because magnetic bearing is also known as bearing of line.

And angle between true miridian and line is called true bearing and also called azimuth.

Khagendra said: (May 2, 2020)
True bearing = magnetic bearing + declination.

So, I think bearing =true bearing.

Chiranjeevi said: (Jul 16, 2020)
It should be Azimuth.

Anand Kumar Maurya said: (Jul 24, 2020)
Option A Magnetic bearing is the correct answer.
