Latitude=length * cosine. So length= latitude* Secant. So given answer is right.

Latitude= L* COS θ.
so, L=latitude * sec θ.

Latitude = Length * cosine then,
Length = Latitude * 1/cosine,
Hence, Length=Latitude * secant.
So, the given answer is right.
