The Correct answer is D.

Because wcb 270 Means QB is S 90 W.
QB is measured by N and S side. That's N 90 W, and S 90 W.
Than 90 W is common.

The answer is 90 W.

Because in reduced bearings are done by surveyor compass.

S = 0.
W = 90.
N = 0.
E = 90.
