The answer should be C. In the question it is clearly. Defined that all the three hills top are occupied by contour of same value. Hence top point A, B and C are in the same line of sight.

It is given that hill tops of A&B are intervened y third top, but height of third top is not given.

Therefore, m not able to understand how option B is correct.
