Considering earth curvature, the intermittent point will be raised, line AB now being like a chord passes below the top of C.

Henry said:   7 years ago
It could be due to curvature of earth surface as the line of sight seems to deviate upward.

Is Earth Curvature considered when distance taking more than 250km?

Hi, @Snehangsu.

B is the correct answer because if the line of sight from A to B and C is the intervened point then obviously the line of sight passes below the hill top at C its because of the curvature of the earth.

Line of sight will diverges downwards with distance. So B is the answer.

How answer would be 'B'?

I think answer 'C' would be right.
