(H2/2L)+(H4/8L3) as gradient is 1 in 20. i.e For 20 m, h = 1 m.
So for 30 m, h = 1.5 m which is less than 3 m.
Therefore second term of equation should be neglected.
Answer is (1.5)2/2x3000 = 3.75 cm.
So for 30 m, h = 1.5 m which is less than 3 m.
Therefore second term of equation should be neglected.
Answer is (1.5)2/2x3000 = 3.75 cm.

h = 1.5 m & l = 30 m.
So that = h2/2l = (1.5)2/2*30 = 0.0375 cm.
So that = h2/2l = (1.5)2/2*30 = 0.0375 cm.

For 20 m, h = 1 m. So for 30 m, h = 1.5 m.

(1.5)2 / 2x3000 = 3.75 cm.
Note: Length 30 m, gradient 1/20 ; h= 1.5.
Equation : h2/2l.
Note: Length 30 m, gradient 1/20 ; h= 1.5.
Equation : h2/2l.
