What is Hypotenusal allowance @Nungshi jr.

James bond said:   6 years ago
L'=30m, l=L' cosθ.
So, (L'- l)
= L' - L' cosθ
= L'(1 - cosθ)
= 30(1-cosθ) it's answer C.

Hypotenusal allowance = chain length (secθ-1).

How it is possible? Explain.

Please explain it @Gyan.

Gyan said:   7 years ago
The correction for chain length is L(secθ -1).

@Jitendra Kumar

L{(secθ -1)/secθ}.
So, Option C is correct.

@Jitendra Kumar.

Option C is correct.

JITENDRA KUMAR said:   8 years ago
We know that formula for determining.

L(1-cosθ) we also know that cosθ=1/secθ
Then
L(1-1/secθ)
L(secθ-1)
Here L=30.

Hence;
30(secθ-1).

So this is the Right answer.

So, the correct option has to be "C"30(cosX-1)m.
