The correct relations between elastic constants:
E = 2G(1+u) or E = 2C ( 1 + 1/m).
E = 3k( 1-2u) or E = 3K (1 - 2/m).
E = 9KG/(3K+G) or 9KC/(3K + C).
u = (3K- 2G)/(2G+6K) or 1/m = (3K - 2C)/(2C+6K).
So options B and E are incorrect.
E = 2G(1+u) or E = 2C ( 1 + 1/m).
E = 3k( 1-2u) or E = 3K (1 - 2/m).
E = 9KG/(3K+G) or 9KC/(3K + C).
u = (3K- 2G)/(2G+6K) or 1/m = (3K - 2C)/(2C+6K).
So options B and E are incorrect.

C option is correct as we know that;
G=E/2(1+u), whereas G=shear modulus and u=poison ratio so it can be written as;
E=2G(1+u) or in this question.
E=2C(1+m) as G=C and u=m.
G=E/2(1+u), whereas G=shear modulus and u=poison ratio so it can be written as;
E=2G(1+u) or in this question.
E=2C(1+m) as G=C and u=m.

E=9kc/3k+c (right)
E=3k (1+2/m) (right)
1÷m=3k_2c/6k+2c (right)
E=2k (1-2÷m) (wrong)
E=3c (1-1÷m) (wrong).
So option B and E are wrong.
E=3k (1+2/m) (right)
1÷m=3k_2c/6k+2c (right)
E=2k (1-2÷m) (wrong)
E=3c (1-1÷m) (wrong).
So option B and E are wrong.

C is wrong answer because E = 2C(1+u) is right relationship.
But B is wrong relationship is it is right relation is E = 3K(1-2u).
But B is wrong relationship is it is right relation is E = 3K(1-2u).

Here the wrong relation among the five is Option B. Remaining all are holds good.
Hence B is the answer.
Hence B is the answer.

B & E Relations does not holds good, so the answers are B & E.
