Yes, as far as I know clay has a least angle of internal friction compare to all soils. So it must be 0-5.

For fully sat and pure clay angle of internal friction is 0.

Clays are cohesive soils and their particle size is in the range of microns, they have very less angle of internal friction. Ideally it should be 0 or in the range of 0-5. Answer is A.
