Not clear. In this question, which reinforcement is provided but 0.15% for mild steel and 0.12% for HYSD bar.

Ans should be .12 because they don't mention type of bar.

0.15% is the correct answer. Because the minimum grade of steel used in RCC structure is Fe250.
