The Anchorage value of standard U-type hook alone is equal to =16dia.
( In U-type band angle of band is 45°)
And for the angle of the band is 90°, Anchorage value is =8dia.
In this question below 90° for all angle Anchorage value is =16dia.

Since All options in A B C, are less then 180 degree(More reliable situations).
So, 16d will satisfy all options. I.e, 8d will be in satisfaction with 8d, and also 4d.
So, the correct option will be D.

For each 45° ----4times the bar diameter.
45°=4d.
90°=8d.
135°=12d.
180°=16d.
45°=4d.
