Dimension of ballast for different gauges are given below:
Gauge ----> L ------ D
B.G ----> 335 cm ------ 200 - 250 mm.
M.G ----> 230 cm ------ 150 - 200 mm.
N.G ----> 185 cm ------ 150 mm.

The answer is correct. It is BG trunk lines. For group D and Group E lines its 20cm but for trunk lines its 25 cm.

M.G. = 15-20cm.
N.G. = 15cm.

Yes it should be 20 cm. Because the range given for BG is 20 to 25 cm.
