The Answer should be all of the above because adzing process is done for any type of rail.

The process of cutting the wooden sleeper at a slope of 1 in 20 at the rail seat before laying is known as adzing of the wooden sleeper.
This is done to enable the rails to be slightly tilted inwards at a can't of 1 in 20.
