@Aall. Here, it is asked to pickup incorrect statement.

So populated area, alkaline area, forest area will be the right statement but fallow land never be right statement.

Because fallow land is included in CCA.

So option D is correct.

Option A

Culturable Command Area (CCA).

It is the area which can be physically irrigated from a scheme and is fit for cultivation.

The culturable cultivated area is a portion of CCA which is actually cultivated during a crop season.

Answer is fallow land. Because the fallow land is including CCA. Fallow land is called culturable uncultivated area.
