So populated area, alkaline area, forest area will be the right statement but fallow land never be right statement.
Because fallow land is included in CCA.

D can never be correct Fallow land is included in the culturable command area. The other three can be correct at the same time.

Answer is fallow land. Because the fallow land is including CCA. Fallow land is called culturable uncultivated area.
