@Deep the way you find velocity is wrong.
The correct way to find velocity is v=c (mi) ^0.5.

Rest of the all calculations are correct.

Hydraulic radius = 1.5.
Hydraulic mean depth = (area/top width),
= 18/6,
= 3.
