Option A is correct.
Fy = 1000 * 9.81 * ( 3.14 * 1.5^2 * 4/2) = 138685.60 N.
138685.60 ÷ 9.81 = 14137.16 kgf.
Fy = 1000 * 9.81 * ( 3.14 * 1.5^2 * 4/2) = 138685.60 N.
138685.60 ÷ 9.81 = 14137.16 kgf.
