@Salahuddin.

Option D discusses about velocity across cross section not along the length.

It should be uniform (all particles carrying same velocities) across cross section selected, but may differ from cross section to cross section (means same within the cross section).

The continuity equation applies to all fluids, compressible and incompressible flow, Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids.

Option D is not considered.

If flow velocity is uniform, why do we need the continuity equation?

Continuity equation is applicable for compressible as well as incompressible fluids.

According to me, B doesn't follow.

Option B does not come under equation of continuity flows.
