Here the question asked about fluid not liquid.
Fluid = gases + liquid.
So, the Molecules of fluids get attracted due to adhesion.

According to the question; fluids means not only liquid but also gases. And liquid also different types. So different Types of fluids get attracted called adhesive property.

Answer C is correct because similar molecules gets attract cohesion.
But the question says fluids molecule (fluids means Liquid and gases) its different molecules.
