Density of liquid = m/v = 3000/4 = 750kg/m3
Density of liquid/density of water = 750/1000 = 0.75 = specific gravity.

Shortcut: since 0.75 doesn't have any unit the only unit less parameter in the options is specific gravity :)

Specific weight has units as KG.
Specific mass has units as M*3.
But specific gravity has no units so 3 is the correct answer.
