Specific gravity = weight/volume.
Weight = 3000.
Volume = 4 m^3.
= 750 kg/M^3.
= 750kg/m^3 /1000kg/m^3 = 0.75.

=750 kg/m3.

Sp. gravity = density of liquid = density of water.
= 750/1000.
= 0.75.
