RC has suggested the height of the eye level of the driver as 1.2 m and the height of the object as 0.15 m above the road surface.
If overtaking sight or intermediate sight distance is considered, then the value of driver's eye height and the height of obstructions are taken equal as 1.2 meters.

For ssd, height above object - 0.15m.
height for eye -1.2m.
For both case of OSD - 1.2m.
height for eye -1.2m.

E is the correct answer.
OSD is the distance at which a driver whose line of sight is 1.2m above the highway surface can see the top of an object 1.2m above the highway.
