Minimum Radius or Rulling minimum Radius both are same.
Rulling minimum radius = v^2/[g(f(max) + e(max)]
f(max) = 0.15 (lateral), e(max) for hilly areas not bounded by snow = 10% = 0.1.
Here v = rulling minimum velocity for hilly region which is equal to 40kmph = 11.12m/s.
