In grade compensation also how the value 75 came in 75/300?

Gabbar said:   7 years ago
Actual Percent - (75/R) = 3 - (75/300) = 3 - 0.25 = 2.75.

Grade compensation = 75/r = 75/300 = 3 - 0.25 = 2.75%.
